Snow Removal in Denver & the Colorado Front Range
Starting at $55 · Licensed & Insured · 5-Star Rated
When Colorado winter hits, snow removal becomes the most time-sensitive service your property needs. We plow, shovel, and ice-treat residential driveways, commercial lots, and walkways across the Front Range — on seasonal contracts that guarantee you're cleared before you wake up.
What we handle
- Residential driveways
- Residential walkways and steps
- Commercial parking lots
- Commercial sidewalks and entries
- HOA common walks and amenity areas
- Apartment complexes
- Office buildings
- Strip centers and retail
Services
- Plowing — primary for driveways and larger lots
- Snow blowing — for walkways, steps, tight residential driveways
- Shoveling — walkways, steps, small entries
- Ice melt application — after clearing, at building entries and trip-hazard areas
- Pre-treat — liquid brine application before expected storms (commercial mainly)
Trigger depth
Residential: 2" trigger (we show up when accumulation hits 2 inches). Commercial: usually 1" trigger, sometimes 0.5" for high-liability properties (restaurants, retail). Ice storms: pre-treat ahead when forecast, treat during and after.
Residential seasonal contracts
- Unlimited trigger (recommended) — flat seasonal rate, we show up every qualifying storm
- Per-event — pay per storm, cheaper in light winters, more in heavy winters
- Emergency-only — on-call, higher per-event rate, no guaranteed response time
Typical pricing
Residential seasonal unlimited (2-car driveway, walkway, steps): $475-$750/season. Residential per-push: $55-$95 per storm. Commercial: custom — varies by lot size, trigger depth, required response time. Ice melt application: included in most packages.
Frequently Asked Questions
How fast do you respond?
Commercial priority: before business open (usually by 7 AM). Residential: same day during storm. Exact timing depends on storm intensity.
Do you plow during the storm or after?
Both — for large storms we push partway through and return after. Otherwise we come after accumulation ends.
What's your trigger depth?
2" for residential by default, 1" for most commercial. Can be customized in contract.
Do you damage driveways or lawns?
We mark lawn edges with stakes in fall before first snow. Plow blades are set not to scrape concrete. Minor cosmetic damage can occur in heavy storms but we work to avoid it.
Can I sign up mid-season?
Yes but early-season sign-ups lock in better pricing and guaranteed priority.
