Post-Construction Pressure Washing in Denver & the Colorado Front Range
Starting at $300 · Licensed & Insured · 5-Star Rated
Construction leaves concrete covered in drywall dust, sheetrock mud footprints, paint overspray, mortar splatter, adhesive residue, and a fine layer of silica dust on everything. Before a final walkthrough, handover to a buyer, or opening day — we pressure-wash it all out. Builders, GCs, and developers across the Front Range book us for the final exterior cleanup before closing.
What post-construction cleanup covers
- Driveways, sidewalks, and flatwork
- Exterior of the building (removing construction dust, paint overspray)
- Windows (exterior — interior is often separate scope)
- Garage floors
- Patios and back yards
- Street and curb cleanup (mud tracked out during construction)
- Mortar and concrete splatter removal
- Adhesive and caulk residue removal
- Stucco overspray
- Paint overspray
Why this job is different
Construction dust and mud is different from aged dirt. Mortar splatter hardens quickly — you need appropriate dissolver before pressure. Drywall compound on concrete can lift off easy or can be baked in if it's been through sun and rain. Paint overspray requires specific chemistry matched to paint type. This isn't a job for a regular pressure washer with a garden hose.
Typical scenarios
- New home construction — full exterior cleanup before closing
- Custom home builds — more scope, including patio, pool surround, outbuildings
- Commercial new build — sidewalks, exterior, parking lot, storefront glass
- Remodels — localized cleanup where work happened
- Pool install — decking and surrounding hardscape after construction
- New concrete pours — after concrete cures, before sealing or landscaping
Timing coordination
We coordinate with the GC on timing — usually 2-5 days before final walkthrough, after all the major trades are off-site but before landscape and punch-list. Too early and more mess gets made after we leave. Too late and you're delaying closing.
Typical pricing
Standard residential post-construction (2,500-4,000 sq ft home): $300-$600. Custom home with pool, patio, outbuildings: $600-$1,500. Small commercial property: $500-$1,500. Larger commercial: custom quoted.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we schedule?
Call 1-2 weeks before target date. We can often accommodate shorter notice but scheduling locks in the window.
Do you do interior post-construction cleaning?
No — interior post-construction is a different trade (janitorial specialists). We're exterior only.
Can you remove paint overspray from windows?
Usually yes — specialty solvents and blade scrapers work on glass. Heavy overspray occasionally requires professional glass restoration.
Do you work with national homebuilders?
Yes — we can integrate with national builder systems (COIs, W-9s, vendor portals, per-home pricing structures).
